Partnership Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Partnership Manager to recruit, onboard, and enable new solutions and agency partners across EMEA and the US. The ideal candidate will build joint value propositions with partners that drive mutual growth and customer success. You'll generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through proactive business development, and drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with technology partners. This role involves partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success to support pipeline generation and active deals. You will map key decision-makers and champions within each partner to unlock high-impact opportunities, maintain regular, structured engagement with partners across their sales, marketing, and leadership teams. Also, you'll attend key industry events and conferences to build relationships and source new opportunities, with occasional travel to represent Lokalise and deepen partnerships.
Qualifications
1. Must have 3+ years of experience in Partnerships and/or Sales within a B2B SaaS environment, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets. 2. Proven track record of recruiting and scaling partners (solutions and agencies is a plus), with a highly commercial, opportunity-driven mindset and focus on generating new business. 3. Experience building joint go-to-market plans and executing co-sell motions with partners. 4. Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build genuine, long-term relationships. 5. Proactive, self-starting mindset, with the ability to create structure and drive progress in fast-moving, often undefined environments. 6. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth setting. 7. Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite. 8. Comfortable leveraging AI tools and approaches in your work, with a proactive mindset to explore and apply AI in ways that enhance productivity, decision-making, and go-to-market impact.
