Job Description
Join our team as a Partner Success Manager and cultivate strong relationships with our valued customers. Your mission will be to deeply understand their business objectives and demonstrate how our solutions can drive their success. You'll expertly manage the transition from the Onboarding team to the Regional Operations team, ensuring a seamless experience. Proactively monitor customer well-being, anticipate their needs, and foster their continued success. Develop and present engaging Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase value and identify opportunities for growth. Gather invaluable customer feedback to inform our product development roadmap, ensuring our solutions remain aligned with their evolving needs. Efficiently triage partner requests, collaborating with relevant teams to deliver timely resolutions. Keep our partners informed about any relevant issues within parking facilities, ensuring transparency and trust. Respond promptly to every customer inquiry, providing exceptional service and support. Assist partners in troubleshooting product-related bugs or concerns, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations. Continuously identify opportunities for expanding partnerships with existing customers, driving mutual growth and success.
Qualifications
1. Must reside within our West region (WA, CA, OR, NV, HI, UT, TX, AZ, CO, NE, NM, ID, WY, MT, ND, SD, KS). 2. Possess 3-5+ years of proven experience in operations, consulting, customer success, or account management roles. 3. Exhibit a demonstrated track record of successfully managing and expanding SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise customer accounts. 4. Be a self-starter with exceptional problem-solving abilities. 5. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Demonstrate top-tier organizational capabilities. 7. Have experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. 8. Possess a proactive, customer-centric mindset. 9. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, adapting your style to meet diverse customer needs.
