Job Description

Join our team as a Partner Success Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the adoption and effectiveness of the FeedbackFruits platform among our partner universities in the APAC region. You'll conduct platform onboarding sessions and training workshops for faculty, instructional designers, and LMS administrators, customizing each session to meet their unique needs. Support LMS configurations and troubleshoot technical issues related to FeedbackFruits tools across various platforms. Generate insightful adoption data summaries and usage reports to guide actions and improvements. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams, ensuring the APAC perspective is represented in partner conversations and product feedback. Lead pilot implementations from initial setup to conversion, managing complex projects with firm timelines. Escalate partner issues to Support and Product teams, acting as a voice for the APAC region. Represent FeedbackFruits at partner campuses, regional conferences, and company gatherings in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

1. One year of experience in a client-facing role (customer success, L&D, event management, hospitality, or similar), with a strong ability to deliver quality work under pressure. 2. Genuine curiosity about how institutions function and how people learn, demonstrated by asking insightful questions and adapting your approach. 3. Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively lead training sessions for various audiences. 4. Self-directed problem-solver who seeks root causes and is comfortable exploring new platforms independently. 5. Strong ownership and follow-through, ensuring reliability and responsiveness in all partner interactions. 6. Warm and positive attitude, creating a welcoming environment for partners. 7. Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field, with excellent written and spoken business English. Experience in higher education, EdTech, or familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus. 8. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, with willingness and ability to travel to partner institutions and conferences.
