Partner Sales Manager
Job Description
Seeking a Partner Sales Manager to cultivate relationships with local channel partners (resellers, SIs, tech partners). Empower partners to foster growth and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their business and assisting them in succeeding with our solutions. Generate and qualify leads in collaboration with partners, leveraging their networks and insights. Collaborate with Account Executives on joint sales calls and meetings to close deals. Enable partner sales teams to effectively sell our product through training and resource sharing. Coordinate joint marketing events to generate demand and track key metrics to refine partner strategy. Stay attuned to market trends and gather feedback to expand coverage in India and SEA.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience. 2. Proven success in achieving targets through channel partners. 3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset. 5. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
