Job Description

Prospect and develop new reseller opportunities using AI tools and historical data, aligning with NetApp's ideal partner profiles. Present the NetApp value proposition to secure reseller buy-in and support. Communicate effectively with potential partners via phone and email. Schedule appointments for sales teams to discuss partnership growth. Manage the partner application process with NetApp counterparts. Oversee vetting and manage onboarding, including certification and training. Achieve individual targets and contribute to team KPIs. Provide insights on market trends and product feedback. Stay updated on trainings and product information. Proactively identify and solve problems with creative solutions. Communicate partner onboarding trends to internal teams. Set timeframe expectations for partner onboarding and provide follow-up.

Qualifications

1. Proven time management and organizational skills. 2. Sales or recruiting experience with cold calling, prospecting, objection handling, and customer service. 3. Eagerness to learn and be coachable with a positive attitude. 4. Collaborative team player. 5. Proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, CRMs (Salesforce), and AI prospecting prompts. 6. Ability to professionally communicate and present product demos via phone and email.
