Partner Operations Lead

Job Description

Become a crucial part of our team as a Partner Operations Lead! In this role, you'll take charge of the complete relationship with a key partner, acting as Slate's main contact and escalation point at all levels. You'll oversee a team of on-site field representatives, conduct daily stand-ups to monitor progress, address issues, and facilitate smooth execution. Prepare our partners for launch through site visits, facility evaluations, and workflow planning. Document the installation process, collaborate with IT and Digital teams to build integrations, and uphold quality standards. Track key metrics through partner operations dashboards and drive improvements. Resolve warranty claims efficiently to ensure partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in field operations, partner or account management, or operations program management. 3. Proven ability to establish operations in a launch or startup environment, creating processes and structure. 4. Demonstrated experience in leading field teams: setting priorities and managing performance. 5. Experience in developing SOPs and aligning cross-functional stakeholders. 6. Comfortable with data: able to define and track operational KPIs, interpret dashboards, and translate metrics into improvements. 7. High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action. 8. Willingness to travel frequently to partner sites. 9. Nice to Have: Experience in automotive aftermarket, fleet operations, vehicle services, or logistics. 10. Experience coordinating IT or systems integrations between operational partners.
