Job Description
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will: • Spearhead and implement comprehensive partner and channel marketing strategies, aligning with key business objectives and revenue targets. • Conceptualize and execute integrated demand generation campaigns alongside partners, encompassing events, digital initiatives, content creation, and enablement programs. • Cultivate and manage partner relationships from a marketing standpoint, involving collaborative planning, execution oversight, and performance evaluation. • Work closely with Corporate Marketing, GTM teams (Private Cloud), Sales, and Partner stakeholders to ensure cohesive alignment and seamless execution. • Generate pipeline growth and quantifiable business outcomes through strategically designed partner-driven initiatives. • Administer marketing budgets and partner MDF funds with prudence, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI. • Supervise vendor management and operational execution, including oversight of agencies, events, and third-party service providers. • Establish robust campaign performance tracking mechanisms, providing comprehensive reporting on KPIs, pipeline contributions, and ROI metrics. • Utilize marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot) to efficiently execute and scale campaigns. • Employ AI tools and agents to drive efficiency gains, enhance personalization efforts, and improve overall campaign performance. • Maintain consistent and impactful partner communications, providing effective enablement resources and ensuring program visibility across the ecosystem.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess: 1. 5-7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a focus on partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing. 2. Demonstrated proficiency in managing end-to-end marketing functions, from strategic planning to execution and measurement. 3. Substantial experience in navigating intricate, matrixed organizational structures with diverse stakeholder groups. 4. Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, with a strong preference for HubSpot proficiency. 5. Familiarity with, or active engagement in leveraging, AI tools and agents to optimize marketing productivity and results. 6. Proven track record of managing vendors, agencies, and marketing budgets effectively. 7. Strong analytical capabilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. 8. Exceptional project management and prioritization skills, enabling the simultaneous management of multiple initiatives. 9. High level of ownership, accountability, and commitment to execution excellence. 10. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence across teams and organizational levels.
