Job Description

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the value proposition and crafting compelling content for Creatio's solutions. Your mission is to develop solution descriptions and messaging tailored for various buyer personas, industries, and deal stages. Craft modular messaging frameworks adaptable for web, ads, sales conversations, events, and RFP/RFI responses. Define buyer narratives that illustrate how Creatio's solution is discovered, evaluated, and chosen. Maintain current positioning by incorporating win/loss data, competitive shifts, and market feedback. Develop and optimize web copy, digital ad messaging, and landing page content using AI tools. Produce event presentations, webinar content, and thought leadership materials. Create short-form content for all buyer stages, including social media posts, email campaigns, one-pagers, and solution briefs. Independently build interactive buyer tools such as ROI calculators, pricing estimators, competitive comparisons, and product demos using no-code platforms and AI. Refresh and maintain these tools as needed. Develop sales collateral like differentiation guides and objection handlers. Create presentation templates and demo narratives for sales and solution consultants. Conduct internal workshops to align sales teams on new messaging and competitive updates. Partner with Product Managers to develop and execute launch plans, and ensure content is live and accessible across all relevant channels. Collect buyer and field feedback to refine messaging and track content performance to drive iteration.

Qualifications

1. 6–9 years in solution, product, or content marketing for enterprise software. 2. Familiarity with CRM, workflow automation, AI agents, or no-code platforms. 3. Proven ability to build interactive content using no-code platforms or AI-assisted development. 4. Strong writing skills for web copy, ad copy, sales presentations, solution briefs, and email. 5. Experience creating sales collateral. 6. Comfortable coordinating product launches with product management, sales enablement, and demand gen. 7. Proficiency with Microsoft 365. **Will be a plus:** Experience with no-code or low-code builders. Exposure to B2B buying processes. Additional language skills.
