Partner Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Partner Manager to manage a portfolio of partners, contributing to team pipeline goals through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with partner stakeholders. Execute joint go-to-market initiatives in partnership with internal teams, including campaigns, referrals, and partner activation efforts. Identify opportunities to grow and expand partner engagement over time. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through referrals and joint initiatives. Partner with Sales to support deal cycles involving partners, ensuring alignment and momentum. Track and manage partner contributions to pipeline and revenue, maintaining visibility into performance. Lead partner onboarding and ongoing enablement to ensure partners are equipped to position and support Virtuous. Maintain consistent communication with partners, sharing updates, resources, and best practices. Support partner performance tracking and contribute to regular business reviews (QBRs). Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to align on priorities and maximize partner impact. Collaborate with Marketing on partner campaigns, content, and activation strategies. Ensure coordination across teams to deliver a seamless partner and customer experience.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years experience in SaaS partnerships, sales, or similar field. Nonprofit Tech experience is a plus 2. Experience contributing to pipeline generation through partnerships, referrals, or joint initiatives 3. Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to support partner-involved deal cycles 4. Experience managing partners or accounts across onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement 5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities 6. Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success 7. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, ability to prioritize effectively 8. Experience working with agencies, system integrators, or SaaS ecosystems is a plus 9. Bachelor’s degree preferred
