Job Description

As a Partner Manager, you will: Serve as the main contact for key partners, building lasting relationships and discovering opportunities for expansion. Keep student records accurate (enrollment, attendance, grades), adhering to state/federal rules, like FERPA. Handle student enrollment and registration smoothly, including new students, transfers, and departures. Create regular reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) for internal and external purposes and prepare paperwork for audits.

To succeed as a Partner Manager, you should have: 1. Excellent communication skills to build trust with various stakeholders. 2. A problem-solving approach, welcoming creative solutions. 3. The ability to work independently and collaborate within teams. 4. A belief in personalized learning for every child. 5. Proficiency with CRM, student information systems, and Google Workspace. 6.
