Partner Development Manager – Data Cloud Products
Job Description
We are seeking a Partner Development Manager to develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans with strategic Data Cloud Product (DCP) Partners across Korea. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving joint pipeline and revenue growth, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), acting as the primary liaison between sales and technical teams, leading operational cadences, and representing partnerships at industry events.
Qualifications
1. Requires 10+ years of industry experience in direct sales, closing, partnership/alliances, or business development. 2. Background in a two-sided marketplace or at AI, data vendor/ISV is essential. 3. Must have strong verbal and executive presentation skills. 4. Strong business and financial acumen is critical. 5. Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative. 6. Foundational knowledge of the cloud ecosystem is necessary. 7. Ability to measure and report on business success. 8. Proven history of working in a matrix environment.
