Part Time Sales Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Coordinator to support our global sales team at Auberge Collection. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to manage account activity, sales systems, and reporting. You'll contribute to sales initiatives, ensure data accuracy, and provide timely follow-up. Responsibilities include preparing reports, tracking leads, updating customer profiles in Salesforce, and assisting Sales Directors during peak periods. You'll also handle data audits, respond to client requests, create sales materials, collaborate on marketing campaigns, and support event planning. This position requires creativity, sound business judgment, and the ability to drive effective results. You'll also support larger Salesforce system projects.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within hospitality. 2. Clear and professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail. 3. Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. 4. Strong relationship building skills with clients and internal teams. 5. Resilient and adaptable, remaining composed and effective amid shifting priorities and high volume demands. 6. Strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment in navigating team dynamics and business situations. 7. Proactive and self motivated, anticipates needs and takes initiative with minimal supervision. 8. Resourceful and solution oriented with strong business acumen. 9. Knowledge of hotel operations and market trends is an advantage. 10. Proficient in G Suite and comfortable learning new systems. 11. Experience with Salesforce/Delphi Systems is an advantage.
