Part-Time Licensed Therapist – Women's Mental Health

Job Description

Join Seven Starling as a Part-Time Licensed Therapist and provide caring, evidence-based teletherapy to women during their reproductive journeys. This part-time, exempt position averages 25-29 hours weekly, including 20-21 client-facing hours, with schedule flexibility. Work during standard business hours (8am-8pm), with at least 20% of appointments after 4pm. Responsibilities include clinical consultations, delivering the Seven Starling Care Model using CBT, ACT, and IPT, creating high-quality documentation, and contributing to company initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Independently licensed in Washington DC (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist). 2. At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health, or women’s mental health. 3. Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care. 4. Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices. 5. Commitment to a collaborative team model with continuous learning. 6. Passion for Seven Starling’s mission and contributing to a growing company.
