Job Description

Join Brightline's Legal team as a Paralegal, where you'll play a key role in healthcare compliance and documentation. Manage NDAs and contractor agreements, summarize health plan contracts, and track renewals. Maintain data integrity, generate reports, and support compliance programs. Enhance workflow efficiency by contributing to playbooks and tools. You will also assist with research, resolve internal requests, and support company-wide operational goals. This role requires strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. 2. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a contracts specialist, in legal operations, or in a paralegal role. 3. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 4. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interface professionally with executives, external counsel, and cross-functional teams. 6. High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential legal matters. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with comfort operating with ambiguity. 8. Eagerness and capability to learn new software programs and AI tooling. 9. Contributes to a collaborative and productive environment, positively impacting cross-functional work across Brightline.
