Seeking a Freelance Paid Search Manager to enhance lead generation efforts in the North American market. Manage high-budget acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, focusing on optimizing lead volume, quality, revenue, and margin. Key responsibilities include: 1. Analyzing campaign performance to identify areas for efficiency and scale improvements. 2. Executing structured experiments involving keywords, bidding strategies, account structure, and landing pages. 3. Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and internal teams to refine the full acquisition funnel. 4. Continuously challenging and refining existing strategies to drive growth.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role: 1. You need 2+ years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing). 2. You should have Strong hands-on experience in lead generation and customer acquisition. 3. Experience managing multiple accounts and significant monthly budgets is important. 4. A strong analytical mindset and comfort in making data-driven decisions is a must. 5. Familiarity with the North American market (clients, competition, expectations) is key. 6. An ownership mindset, with the ability to move forward without waiting for perfect direction, is crucial. 7. Attention to detail and operational rigor are highly valued. 8. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
