Job Description

We are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to develop and implement effective paid search strategies across platforms such as Google and Amazon Ads. Your role will involve campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis to achieve continuous improvement and meet KPIs. Key responsibilities include optimizing Google Merchant Center feeds, fixing product feed errors, and directly engaging with clients for account management and reporting. You'll also identify growth opportunities through innovative tactics and audience targeting, ensuring compliance with advertising policies. Managing budgets, bidding strategies, and conducting keyword research are crucial for maximizing ROI and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

1. Must possess 1+ year of agency-side experience managing conversion-focused digital marketing campaigns on Google for E-commerce clients. 2. Experience with Amazon and retail media platforms is a plus. 3. Proven experience managing $30,000+ monthly advertising budgets on Google while maintaining ROAS targets. 4. Prior experience in a client-facing role is essential. 5. Proficiency in keyword research tools for Google. 6. In-depth knowledge of Google's Performance Max campaigns. 7. A problem-solving mindset to identify challenges and propose effective solutions. 8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive attitude. 9. Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, both internally and externally. 10. Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Amazon Ads certifications are a plus. 11. Working knowledge of GA4 and GTM is a nice-to-have.
