Join our team as a Paid Media Expert and take the lead in managing paid acquisition efforts within the dynamic iGaming and Finance sectors. This role involves setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across diverse channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok. Monitor daily campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance ROI and meet CPA/ROAS targets. Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to boost conversion rates. Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics to pinpoint trends, issues, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with designers and content teams to craft compelling ad copy and visuals. Deliver clear reports on key performance metrics to internal stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations. Contribute to optimizing the customer acquisition funnel by scrutinizing user journeys and identifying areas for enhancement. Stay abreast of the latest platform features, industry trends, and best practices in paid media to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.

Qualifications

1. Possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within the online gambling (casino & sports betting) and/or financial services industries. 2. Demonstrate proven expertise in executing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or programmatic networks. 3. Exhibit a strong grasp of performance metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS, and understand how to influence them effectively. 4. Demonstrate familiarity with A/B testing principles, conversion rate optimization techniques, and funnel analysis methodologies. 5. Showcase good analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics. 6. Ideally, possess knowledge of the US market and its specific compliance requirements. 7. Be self-motivated and thrive in a remote work environment with a high level of autonomy. 8. Demonstrate exceptional English language proficiency, both in written and verbal communication.
