PA Program Delivery Manager
Job Description
Join us in supporting local governments and private non-profits as they recover from natural disasters through federal funding programs, particularly the FEMA PA program. Your work will involve: - Assisting with the administrative process of the recovery program by collecting crucial documentation, including damage reports, financial records, and facility maintenance information. - Ensuring clients' costs meet the eligibility criteria according to FEMA PA program policies and compliance rules. - Collaborating with clients to formulate well-structured FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs) using the gathered information. - Contributing to additional recovery initiatives beyond the FEMA PA program as needed. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to community resilience and recovery efforts.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1. A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or directly supporting the FEMA PA Program. 2. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, or business administration. 3. Previous experience in financial analysis and reconciliation. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
