Overseas Operations Manager – P2P

Job Description

OKX is seeking an Overseas Operations Manager to develop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies across LATAM, ensuring sustainable business growth. Monitor regulatory developments and adjust market strategy based on market shifts. Optimize advertiser onboarding, segmentation, and incentive structures. Maintain engagement with key merchants to ensure liquidity. Improve completion rates, trading efficiency, and dispute resolution. Develop management frameworks for regional merchant operations. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance P2P workflows and provide feedback on product gaps. Improve operational efficiency, monitor core P2P KPIs, and conduct data analysis to identify growth bottlenecks and risk patterns. Track competitor strategies and propose strategic responses.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in platform operations; crypto / Web3 experience strongly preferred 2. Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets (outside Mainland China) 3. Experience at major exchanges 4. Strong understanding of: P2P liquidity dynamics and spread formation, Regional payment systems (bank transfers, local e-wallets, alternative rails such as PIX, SPEI, Mercado Pago, and similar LATAM payment methods) 5. Proven ability to adapt operational strategy based on market and competitive changes 6. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability 7. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills 8. Fluent in English + Spanish or Portuguese required (both are a strong plus)
