Join our international sales team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative! Your primary focus will be on generating pipeline through high-volume cold calling. You'll run outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms, identifying and engaging with key decision-makers in target companies. Qualifying both inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria is crucial, as is scheduling qualified meetings and demos for the sales team. Maintain and update CRM records with detailed activity notes and prospect insights. Effectively communicate our company's value proposition and services to potential clients. Consistently meet weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets. Provide valuable feedback on messaging and campaign performance to enhance outreach effectiveness. Participate actively in pipeline reviews and sales strategy discussions.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales professional is essential. 2. Strong B2B sales experience is a must. 3. Demonstrated success in high-volume cold calling and multi-channel prospecting is required. 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills are necessary. 5. Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is preferred. 6. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment is crucial. 7. Must be available to work UK business hours consistently.
