Outbound Lead Generation Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Lead Generation Manager to spearhead our lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will: - Develop and implement lead generation strategies to consistently grow the pipeline across priority markets and sectors. - Identify, target, and engage high-value prospects through outbound channels, including LinkedIn, email, and potentially outbound calls and events. - Qualify leads to ensure a strong alignment with target client profiles before handing them over to Sales. - Build and manage referral and partner networks to generate a scalable, repeatable deal flow. - Collaborate closely with Sales and Partnerships to align on targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies. - Work with Marketing to improve campaign effectiveness, messaging, and inbound lead quality. - Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to refine targeting and positioning. - Track and manage all lead activity within the CRM, maintaining accurate data and reporting on pipeline performance. - Continuously test and refine outreach strategies, channels, and approaches to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess: 1. 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, ideally within fintech, FX, payments, or financial services. 2. A proven track record of building and scaling lead pipelines. 3. A solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and complex client onboarding processes. 4. Strong English communication skills (B2 level or above). 5. Excellent relationship-building and written communication skills. 6. A highly proactive, self-driven, and commercially-minded approach. 7. Experience with CRM systems. 8. Familiarity with lead enrichment platforms and LinkedIn/email automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Zoominfo, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.). 9. Experience targeting international clients across multiple industries Nice to Have: Experience with GTM tooling or AI-powered automation flows (n8n, Clay, or similar) would be a big plus
