Job Description
Seeking an Organic Search Lead to champion and execute end-to-end strategies for organic and AI search within a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will spearhead AI search initiatives, deliver on organic search objectives, and conduct in-depth audience research. Responsibilities include leading technical SEO efforts, owning content strategy, contributing to authority building, leading keyword research, developing organic social content strategies, collaborating on unified search strategies with paid media, providing performance reports, and coaching SEO consultants.
Qualifications
1. Extensive experience in Organic Search. 2. Comprehensive understanding of both Traditional and AI Search methodologies. 3. Advanced technical SEO skills, including internal linking audits, meta optimization, page speed enhancements, and site migration expertise. 4. Proficiency in keyword research, AI citation analysis, and query fan-out analysis. 5. Strong content strategy development capabilities. 6. Experience in authority building and Digital PR strategies. 7. Familiarity with tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, SparkToro, Keywordtool.io, SE Ranking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio. 8. Experience creating AI workflows for SEO using LLMs. 9. Confident and effective presentation skills for client interactions. 10. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
