Oracle Application Framework Developer
Job Description
We are seeking an Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Developer to contribute to Department of Defense modernization efforts. Responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining OAF pages, extensions, and controller logic, aligning with technical and functional design documents. - Building customizations within Oracle EBS using Java, OA Framework components, personalization, and page customizations. - Supporting analysis and troubleshooting of OAF-related defects, page behavior issues, and configuration gaps across environments. - Collaborating with functional SMEs, testers, and other developers to deliver user-facing features requiring OAF expertise. - Developing and maintaining RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) where they intersect with OAF UI components. - Ensuring OAF components interact correctly with PL/SQL packages, APIs, and EBS modules. - Producing technical design documents, user interface specifications, and test evidence following AFS and DoD client standards. - Following secure coding practices and contributing to code reviews and quality assurance tasks.
Qualifications
Key qualifications for the Oracle Application Framework Developer position include: 1. Possessing 4+ years of hands-on experience developing in Oracle Application Framework (OAF). 2. Having a strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and core modules (e.g., PO, AP, AR, GL, HR). 3. Demonstrating proficiency with Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and OA Framework MVC components. 4. Having 4+ years’ experience working in Agile environments supporting iterative delivery. 5. Exhibiting the ability to analyze and troubleshoot OAF-related issues across multiple environments. 6. Being a US Citizen 7. Must have an active Secret Clearance
