Job Description

Join Inspire Brands as an Operations Training Manager and take the lead in preparing and executing new restaurant openings. Collaborate with key support departments to ensure pre and post-opening success. Assist restaurant-level managers with logistics and implement comprehensive training plans. Evaluate restaurant team performance during training sessions and provide daily performance recaps.

Qualifications

1. Must be at least 21 years old. 2. High school diploma or equivalent (4-year degree preferred). 3. 5+ years of combined restaurant operations and education experience. 4. Certification in state, county, or local food handling regulations. 5. Coursework in restaurant management. 6. Leadership experience within a corporate setting. 7. Restaurant-level management and training experience. 8. Experience in new restaurant openings and support.
