Operations Specialist
Job Description
Join Brookdale as an Operations Specialist, where you'll provide support to directors of Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), retirement communities, and assisted living residences on a temporary or extended basis. This role involves maintaining customer and associate satisfaction, enhancing occupancy, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring operational effectiveness. You'll assist with recruitment, marketing, resident admissions, and resolving resident issues. The position requires strong analytical skills and familiarity with Microsoft software to address arising challenges.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with three to five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use. 3. Licensing as per state requirements. 4. Ability to travel by air for company business (100% travel position). 5. Willingness to work a schedule of ten (10) days on followed by four (4) days off. 6. Strong analytic skills and understanding of the organization and business. 7. Familiarity with Microsoft software.
