Operations Program Coordinator

Job Description

Coordinate ML server and rack delivery to meet Data Center capacity needs promptly. Offer program management, resolve deployment issues, monitor performance, and ensure SLA adherence. Optimize rack integration and hardware movement for operational success. Monitor infrastructure shipments, troubleshoot discrepancies, and communicate with stakeholders. Propose strategies for asset utilization and data entry, supporting a Lean culture.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2. Two years in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain. 3. Project management experience. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and DCIM software. 5. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. 8. Ability to build effective work relationships.
