Operations Manager
Job Description
Manage daily operations across the company at Katana. Coordinate internal teams including support, creative, logistics, and media buyers. Ensure smooth order execution, customer support, workflows, and adherence to timelines. Implement and refine processes, SOPs, and operational improvements. Monitor KPIs and maintain operational dashboards. Oversee communication with suppliers, partners, and external services. Support product launches and peak seasons. Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve bottlenecks. Coordinate website updates and changes as needed. Prepare the operational infrastructure for scale, accommodating new brands and increased volume. Collaborate closely with the founder on strategic and execution decisions.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in e-commerce operations. 2. Extremely organized, reliable, and execution-focused. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 4. Experience in team management and recruitment. 5. Ability to build structure within a fast-paced environment. 6. Familiarity with online tools such as Shopify, Notion, and Slack. 7. Fluent in English. 8. Available full-time and for a long-term commitment.
