Job Description

Manage day-to-day operational workflows to optimize efficiency. Support automation to reduce manual processes, enhancing accuracy and speed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, streamlining tools and processes for internal teams and customers. Ensure operational control, compliance, and risk management practices. Contribute to fraud prevention and regulatory efforts by maintaining high operational standards. Monitor performance metrics and escalate risks. Drive customer-focused improvements, enhancing turnaround, resolution, and escalation handling. Expand self-service to reduce manual dependency. Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement. Coordinate operational readiness for product launches. Assist with go-to-market initiatives, removing bottlenecks and tracking operational outcomes and providing insights to leadership. Execute projects in collaboration with leaders.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years in operations, preferably in a fast-paced tech or FinTech startup. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 3. KPI-driven with experience tracking and improving metrics. 4. Exposure to process automation and operational tooling. 5. Background in FinTech, consulting, banking, or fast-paced start-ups preferred. 6. Strong analytical skills with data translation abilities. 7. Collaborative team player with high energy.
