Operations Leader – Gas Power

Job Description

Join GE Vernova as an Operations Leader for Gas Power, where you'll spearhead the Project Center of Excellence (PCOE). You'll be in charge of leading the operating rhythm to boost execution, accountability, and alignment with key business objectives. Partnering with Fulfillment Functions and global stakeholders, you'll ensure focus on key delivery, cost management, and productivity improvements. Drive continuous improvement to streamline processes and enhance consistency. Oversee portfolio reporting to provide clear insights into execution status, risks, and operational performance for senior leadership. You will remove barriers, resolve operational issues, and promote continuous improvement across a diverse global team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 2. Extensive experience in project and/or operations management within complex design-to-order industrial environments, ideally in large multinational companies. 3. Strong capability to manage cross-functional priorities and drive execution in fast-paced environments. 4. Proven experience in Lean, continuous improvement, or productivity initiatives, delivering measurable business impact. 5. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across all organizational levels. 6. Fluent in English and willingness to travel.
