Job Description

Join our team as an Operations Coordinator, where you'll be instrumental in ensuring our teams meet performance expectations and service standards. Key responsibilities include tracking operational KPIs, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and maintaining process documentation. You'll also assist in preparing performance reports, identifying workflow gaps, and supporting operational improvement initiatives to enhance internal systems and trackers.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or process execution. 2. Strong skills in tracking workflows and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivots preferred). 3. Familiarity with task management/project tools (Asana/ClickUp/Trello/Monday) preferred. 4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
