Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Seeking an Operations Coordinator to enhance the operational efficiency of elev8.io. Key responsibilities include: 1. Maintaining and refining project management systems, ensuring task accuracy, updating project templates, documenting SOPs, and tracking delivery. 2. Constructing and managing KPI dashboards and operational trackers using Excel and Google Sheets for leadership insights. 3. Assisting in quarterly OKR tracking, monitoring milestone progress, completion metrics, and identifying deviations. 4. Coordinating workflows across departments, diligently following up on tasks, ensuring visibility, and preventing oversights. 5. Overseeing the SOP library, managing version control, ensuring formatting consistency, and facilitating team access. 6. Supporting new hire onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating access, and tracking 90-day checklists. 7. Managing workforce planning data, including headcount trackers, capacity inputs, and hiring forecasts. 8. Aiding in talent acquisition by coordinating job postings, managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and handling logistical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
1. Possess 2-4 years of experience in operations coordination, business operations, or project coordination. 2. Demonstrate advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, capable of creating dashboards and trackers from scratch. 3. Have practical experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday. 4. Exhibit strong documentation skills, creating clear SOPs, maintaining organized files, and ensuring consistent version control. 5. Possess strong written English skills (C1) and a professional communication style. 6. Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with a high-execution mindset.
