Operations Center Analyst

Job Description

Join our team as an Operations Center Analyst, where you'll collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to identify, classify, and resolve client and system issues within Availity's daily operations. You will coordinate and triage reported issues, investigate solutions, assign ownership, track progress, and generate reporting metrics. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency gains to optimize engagement processes. Work both independently on project initiatives and collaboratively with analysts to ensure consistent service levels. You will also configure tasks to facilitate client use cases and resolve processing failures.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technology (information exchange) and/or healthcare environment, either vendor or hospital. 2. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 3. Experience working in a HIPAA-regulated environment is preferred. 4. Experience with IT support and application troubleshooting skills. 5. Familiarity with EDI/X12 transactions. 6. Familiarity with relational databases and a query language (SQL). 7. Familiarity with File Transfer Protocol. 8. Exposure to scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript. 9. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities, taking needed action without direct instructions. 10. Strong problem-solving and research skills. 11. Ability and desire to take ownership of a process workflow and guide it into maturity. 12. Patience and determination for working complex problems through adversity to completion. 13. Superior organizational skills.
