Clearly convey role details, addressing candidate inquiries with professionalism and genuine care. Diligently document all calls and candidate feedback for monitoring and reporting. Enhance communication skills through hands-on experience and continuous education. Build abilities to professionally introduce opportunities and connect with candidates, enhancing personal and career growth.

Qualifications

1. Possess excellent communication capabilities, displaying a clear, confident, and friendly manner on the phone. 2. Capable of consistently conducting a significant number of outbound calls each day. 3. Self-motivated, patient, and eager to learn and advance professional capabilities. 4. Maintain a positive outlook and flexibility when managing different candidate responses.
