Operations Associate, Data Collection - Broker

Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Associate to handle data collection from brokers. This role involves reviewing incoming plan sponsor data from brokers and plan sponsors, granting access to our database, and responding to data inquiries. The associate will also ensure auto-reports are sent correctly and adhere to our Best Practices Form 5500 Timeline.

Qualifications

1. Review incoming plan sponsor data from brokers and plan sponsors. 2. Interact primarily with brokers, plan sponsors, and company staff. 3. Respond to broker emails within four hours of receipt. 4. Compare received data with previous year's information. 5. Perform due diligence checks on new plan sponsors and 5500s. 6. Assist and support consultants and specialists as directed.
