Operations Associate
Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Associate to manage evaluator acquisition and ensure smooth execution of fieldwork projects. This role involves verifying survey quality, setting pay rates, and optimizing the evaluator database. The ideal candidate will maintain strong relationships with evaluators, ensuring timely payment processing. This is an important role in maintaning Customer Experience Group operations.
Qualifications
1. Diploma in Administration, Business, Management, or a related field. 2. At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Retail/Project Coordination and/or Client Servicing. 3. Excellent communication skills in English. 4. Social media/Tech savvy. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 6. Interest/experience in social media outreach and community management. 7. Excellent organizing skills to coordinate project activities. 8. Resourceful, proactive, and problem-solving mindset. 9. Passionate, positive, and outgoing personality. 10. Ability to work as part of a team. 11. Ability to work under pressure and manage stress. 12. Customer-service orientation
