Join our team as an Operations Analyst and play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our educational consulting services in the Philippines. You will be responsible for data analysis, process improvement, and ensuring smooth operational reliability. Key Responsibilities: * Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Identify and create systems that allow the Student Managers and Editors to focus on core tasks and responsibilities that produce client work and service. * Operational Reliability: Maintain established processes meticulously while identifying areas for improvement and innovative solutions. * Bottleneck Analysis: Investigate workflow to identify stages where tasks stall, providing data-backed recommendations to leadership. * Process Engineering: Map end-to-end operational processes to eliminate redundancies and increase efficiency. * Project & Systems Management: Uphold timeline tracking and task tracking to ensure consistent execution and clear ownership. * Data Integrity: Manage and audit internal databases to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency. * Workflow Optimization: Proactively monitor high-volume workflows during peak seasons to ensure deadlines are met. * Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Communicate technical updates and operational decisions to align the division around shared priorities. * Collaborative Execution: Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks. * Internal Training: Create and conduct training modules to align protocols and standards throughout the division.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree from a top university in the Philippines in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Management Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. 2. Prior experience in project management, management engineering, data analysis, and logistical operations. 3. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Monday.com. 4. Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills. 5. Experience in education consulting or college admissions is preferred. 6. Experience working PST hours is preferred.
