Job Description

Join our team as an Online Marketing Manager with a focus on E-Commerce. You'll be a marketing generalist, orchestrating campaigns across multiple channels to ensure seamless integration. Develop cross-channel strategies connecting SEO, paid social, email marketing, and on-site optimization. Plan, execute, and refine campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google. Collaborate with our content team to build organic traffic. Develop automated email flows and newsletter strategies to boost customer retention and revenue. Track initiative performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure an optimal online shop structure from product pages to checkout.

Qualifications

1. Extensive online marketing knowledge with an E-Commerce focus. 2. Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 of the following: SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, CRO. 3. Proficiency in data analysis to derive effective strategies. 4. Excellent writing skills for crafting compelling ad copy, emails, and landing pages. 5. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously with trust and minimal supervision. 6. Fluency in German.
