Job Description

As an Online Learning Advisor at Monash Online, you will: • Ensure students receive a high-quality and positive learning experience. • Facilitate engaging and retaining learning activities. • Evaluate assessments and provide meaningful, constructive feedback to guide student improvement. • Support effective communication through discussion boards, emails, and live sessions. • Collaborate with academic teams to maintain the quality of learning units. • Uphold organizational values to promote a positive team culture and enhance the student experience.

Qualifications

1. Hold a minimum postgraduate degree in Business/Project Management. 2. Possess 5+ years of relevant experience. 3. Understand the unique challenges faced by online learners. 4. Demonstrate the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently. 5. Be comfortable navigating various online learning platforms. 6. Exhibit a passion for supporting student success. 7. Be flexible to work sessional part-time, approximately 8 hours per week. 8. Have experience teaching or studying in an online environment (desirable). 9. Have previous teaching or mentoring experience (desirable).
