Oncology Field Medical Director – non-MD
Job Description
As an Oncology Field Medical Director, you'll be a therapeutic area expert in genitourinary oncology, specifically bladder cancer and RCC. Your role involves planning and executing medical strategies for assigned customers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant disease states and Pfizer medicines. You'll serve as a medical information resource, optimize patient centricity in medical communications, deliver approved medical content, identify and engage with key customer segments, collaborate with Oncology R&D for clinical trial sites, and participate in special projects.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in a health science is a must. 2. PharmD/PhD with 5+ years of experience, MBA/MSc with 7+ years, or BA/BSc with 8+ years of relevant experience. 3. Oncology subject matter expertise recognized by internal and external stakeholders. 4. Must currently reside within the specified territory. 5. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. 6. Strong interpersonal abilities are needed. 7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects remotely. 8. Ability to collaborate within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team. 9. Change agility and adaptability to organizational changes are required. 10. Problem-solving skills and enterprise-wide networking abilities.
