Onboarding Consultant I, SMB
Job Description
As an Onboarding Consultant, you'll use your Toast product knowledge and project management skills to help restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase. You will develop best practices for managing daily restaurant operations. This role involves conducting remote site assessments to determine networking needs, performing remote onboarding, and documenting the Toast POS system installation. Responsibilities include creating and leading onboarding training plans for restaurant staff, managing multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously, and providing remote Go-Live support to assist customers in their initial usage days.
Qualifications
1. Requires 3+ years of experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations. 2. Must be successful operating independently and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. 3. Needs a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals. 4. Requires excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
