On and Off Premise Beer Sales Representative

Job Description

Seeking a motivated On and Off Premise Beer Sales Representative to expand distribution and presence in the local San Diego market. This role involves upselling, securing multiple product placements, improving cooler visibility, and implementing effective displays. Responsibilities include collaborating with the local distributor manager, ensuring adequate product inventory, providing product training to accounts, maintaining store shelf standards, building brand displays, executing promotional programs, tracking territory progress, and ensuring compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.

Qualifications

1. Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2. Must be 21 years or older. 3. 2-4 years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably in beer, wine, or spirits. 4. Previous retail, on-premise, or off-premise work experience is a plus. 5. Experience as a Bartender, Waitress, Bar Management, Distributor Sales Rep, etc. is a plus. 6. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 7. Must live in assigned territory with access to reliable transportation – large vehicle preferred. 8. Must have a valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle with a clean driving record/background check. 9. Must be willing to travel within assigned sales region. 10. Must be able to lift and move cases of product frequently. 11. Must be able to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale. 12. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, as needed. 13. Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards.
