Office Operations Agent
Job Description
Provide administrative and operational support to the organization, optimizing workflow and productivity. Ensure the completion of the unit's administrative business processes, adhering to company standards. Perform analysis and produce or revise reports and statistics, contributing to data-driven decision-making. Carry out various administrative, operational, and quality controls to maintain accuracy and compliance. Take corrective measures and carry out the required follow-ups, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Provide support to users in the efficient use of tools and systems, enhancing their capabilities. Perform various administrative tasks related to data entry, extraction, processing, compilation, and coding, ensuring data integrity. Prepare or revise presentations and other related documents, communicating information effectively.
Qualifications
1. Trade school diploma in a related field. 2. A minimum of three years of relevant experience. 3. Knowledge of French is required.
