Nurse Director – RN

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Director to oversee the healthcare operations within our senior living community. This pivotal role ensures our residents receive the highest quality care and are treated with dignity and respect. Responsibilities include: 1. Managing day-to-day healthcare operations. 2. Ensuring quality care and resident dignity. 3. Supervising licensed nurses and direct care staff. 4. Strengthening clinical processes. 5. Traveling within the division to support management needs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements: 1. Hold the necessary education and license as an LPN/LVN or RN. 2. Possess nurse management experience, preferably in senior living or post-acute care. 3. Demonstrate basic typing skills and proficiency in word processing software, ideally within a Microsoft Windows environment.
