NL Sales Manager – Power Switching & Monitoring
Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Power Switching & Monitoring (PSM) team in the Netherlands. This role involves the daily commercial management of the PSM team and providing support to the Managing Director NL. Key responsibilities include achieving revenue and margin targets, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth, developing collaborations with UPS, Energy Storage, and Expert Services teams to position combined solutions, and working with Specification and IKA teams to support the Dutch sales strategy. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing the PSM sales plan for the Netherlands, covering both projects and distribution/run-rate business.
Qualifications
1. Completed degree in Electrical Engineering (MBO/HBO) or equivalent. 2. Proven experience in managing a Sales Engineers team in a technical B2B environment. 3. Essential experience with switchgear and/or energy measurement/monitoring (switchgear & metering). 4. Familiarity with both project-based sales and sales through distributors. 5. Knowledge of developments in the field of EED (European Energy Directive), Energiewet 2026, GACS (Gebouwautomatisering en Controlesystemen), EML (Erkende Maatregelenlijst).
