Job Description

As a Night Auditor, your primary responsibilities include efficiently managing all front desk functions, such as guest check-ins and check-outs. You'll be instrumental in promoting sales programs, maintaining meticulous guest records, and handling cash transactions with precision. A key aspect of the role involves auditing the previous day's receipts to ensure accuracy, verifying and balancing entries, and generating comprehensive reports. During overnight hours, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, providing courteous, efficient, and friendly service to all. You will also respond promptly and efficiently to any inquiries, requests, or complaints, contributing to a positive and welcoming work environment.

1. Ability to follow written and verbal directions accurately. 2. Clear and effective English communication skills. 3. A warm and friendly demeanor to provide exceptional hospitality. 4. Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy. 5. Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently. 6. Knowledge of Drury Hotels' policies and procedures for guest services. 7. Ability to handle money and make change accurately. 8. Proficient use of office machines for day-to-day activities. 9. Commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the front desk lobby area. 10. Adherence to the hotel's safety and security rules. 11. Willingness and ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
