NICE CX-One Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a NICE CX-One Developer to coordinate and perform release planning, development, testing, and deployment of IVR enhancements across multiple agencies. You'll design and build call flows, integrating backend systems using APIs. Manage NICE Business Units (BU) and contribute to solution design and network optimization. Provide routing design and implementation for contact center technologies. Collaborate with Architecture teams to design, develop, deploy, and consume APIs. The candidate will also provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance when scripting issues arise, coordinating issue communication and resolution with multiple technical teams during production incidents. Review support tickets with agency leadership and oversee issue resolution across teams.

Qualifications

1. Requires 3+ years of experience with NICE InContact CXOne 2. Requires 3+ years of professional experience with NICE CXOne Studio scripting 3. Must have hands-on experience designing and implementing NICE CXOne solutions 4. Experience working with cloud-based SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS providers is needed 5. Experience with virtualized systems including application servers, databases, and networking infrastructure 6. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is essential 7. Strong conflict management and organizational communication skills are important 8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required 9. Nice to Have: Experience in Contact Center dashboard creation 10. Basic knowledge of intersystem networking and data traffic flow between components 11. Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end call center applications 12. Experience troubleshooting browser-related issues (Chrome and Edge) when interacting with web-based applications such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
