Job Description

Join Acadia Pharmaceuticals as a Neuroscience Sales Specialist and drive sales in long-term care territories. Build strong relationships with the resident care team, including physicians and pharmacists. Deliver clinical education, address customer concerns, and develop market insights. Execute business plans, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and represent Acadia at industry events. Mentor junior specialists and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree required, life sciences preferred. 2. Minimum 1-2 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience for Sales Specialist; 5 years for Senior Specialist (2+ in complex selling); 12 years for Executive Specialist (3+ in complex selling). 3. Advanced selling and negotiation skills. 4. Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities. 5. Strong business acumen and self-motivation. 6. Must reside within the territory. 7. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 80%. 8. Must meet vaccination and facility access requirements.
