United States – Remote Full-Time$110k - $120k /year

Job Description

Assume responsibility for the comprehensive execution of NetSuite projects, encompassing everything from initial planning and requirement gathering to thorough testing, successful launch, and continuous post-implementation support. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clearly define project needs, create user stories, set measurable success criteria, and establish well-defined objectives before the commencement of development. Act as the primary link between business teams and technology vendors, converting business needs into precise technical requirements. Customize and maintain NetSuite functionalities, like workflows, tailored searches, detailed reports, data imports, and routine admin tasks. Ensure the smooth operation of crucial financial and operational processes, including managing sales orders, purchase orders, fulfillment processes, and invoicing. Effectively manage tickets, maintain detailed documentation, and monitor project progress using tools such as Jira and Microsoft Teams. Skillfully handle multiple projects simultaneously, quickly adapting to different contexts while ensuring clarity and consistent forward momentum. Lead stakeholder discussions, even during challenging situations, to facilitate calm and productive resolutions. Gradually take on more leadership responsibilities, including overseeing vendors and developing a supportive team. Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) daily to aid in drafting requirements, summarizing discussions, analyzing data, interpreting proposals, and expediting troubleshooting processes.
