MS Dynamics Solutions Architect

Job Description

Seeking an MS Dynamics Solutions Architect to lead and contribute to the architecture, design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps-based tools/applications for our clients. The ideal candidate will assess, propose, design, prototype, develop, test, configure, and maintain technical solutions related to key business requirements. They will also support the architectural aspects of the client's CRM, including the design of building blocks, data modeling, integration, and migration patterns. Further responsibilities include system configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics Plugins and Web Services, identifying technology configuration gaps, producing technical documentation, and providing user training and support.

Qualifications

1. University degree in IT with 10 years of relevant IT experience. 2. Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 core product platform and modules like Customer Engagement, Project Service Automation, Field Service, and Project Operations. 3. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics Development Framework using .NET and JavaScript. 4. Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customizations, including Entity-Relationship Management, Processes, Flows, and Business Rules. 5. Thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 licensing schema and security model. 6. Solid experience with web technologies, specifically JavaScript, Angular.js, and TypeScript. 7. Proficient in API landscape using Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Dataverse Web API. 8. Mastery of Power Apps landscape, including Power Automate. 9. Familiarity with Power Apps Component Framework. 10. Experienced in packaging and deploying solutions between environments. 11. Excellent command of the English language.
