Ministry Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Ministry Manager to oversee initiatives in Latin America and the Middle East. This role involves developing and monitoring ministry plans, collaborating with Ministry Directors to execute strategic plans, and overseeing in-country contractors. Responsibilities include conducting audits of ministry work, managing budgets, creating ministry reports, developing social media strategies, identifying international partners, refining ministry protocols, and ensuring accurate reporting of ministry data and key performance indicators. This position is crucial for promoting effective evangelism and outreach programs in these regions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary education in a relevant field. 2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of success. 3. Experience working with a variety of cultures is preferred. 4. Knowledge of Christian ministry or non-profit sector is essential. 5. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with a minimum level of supervision. 6. Must be personable, organized, and able to multi-task. 7. Experience in writing reports and story writing is ideal. 8. Experience in developing and implementation of plans, programs and projects. 9. Committed Christian actively involved in a local church. 10. Willingness to speak publicly and to groups of people.
